Refund & Replacement Eligibility
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.
- If you simply didn’t love your sauce, get in touch—we want to hear your feedback and will work with you to find a solution.
